Start your breathwork journey with this class.
This session is perfect for anyone totally new to breathwork. It starts with an introduction to the benefits of breathwork and what you can experience during a practice. We also explore the science and history behind breathwork. This is followed by a guided session where we alternate between deep connected circular breath and breath holds.
Heal
A relaxing & healing breathwork session.
A mix of four slow breathing techniques, individually they hold some of the most powerful ways to decompress stress but together they are magical.
This session is designed to calm your nervous system and bring your body, heart and mind into a coherent state.
